    • Check-in Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking for the safety briefing.

    • Age Requirement: The lead renter must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID/Passport.

    • Weather Policy: Your safety is our priority. In case of strong winds or unsafe sea conditions, we offer a full refund or free rescheduling to the next available date.

    • Fuel Policy: Boats are delivered with a full tank. We will calculate the fuel used upon your return, payable by card or cash.

    • Max Capacity: Our boats comfortably host up to 5 people (ideal for families and small groups).

    • Ice cold water: Leave a couple bottles in the freezer overnight and you will have cold water all-day long!
    • Sync Your Music & Phone Charging: Remember to have your favorite playlist downloaded (signal can vary behind cliffs!). We also recommend bringing a power bank so the music doesn't stop.
